Listing multiple cities in the same country?
Is it: He is visiting Madrid and Barcelona, Spain, Oslo, Norway and Dresden, Germany? Or is it: He is visiting Madrid, Spain, Barcelona, Spain, Oslo, Norway and Dresden, Germany? How would you go about listing multiple cities in the same country?

How about:
