Is this sentence grammatical?
a) "Unfortunately, I can't boast to have such qualities."
b) "Unfortunately, I can't boast to be so well-off in life."

I think the idiomatic usage in this context is "boast of", for example:
I can't boast of such qualities.
I can't boast of such wealth.
I can't boast of such qualities.
