Is technology making people lazier/more dependent on it?

In my perspective, it's depend on users. Technology is an important thing nowadays. We can't live without it. But we can manage/ control. We get many helps from technology at the same time we know the limit of using technology.

Technology's double-edged sword: convenience can breed dependence. We get things faster, but rely on it to do more, potentially reducing motivation and physical activity.
