I super love Korean food, it's one of the main reasons I traveled there last year. Kimchi is the best - so many varieties but they're all delicious. My food tours were amazing thanks to the guide I booked with from https://gowithguide.com/korea - he recommended all the best spots and restaurants to eat traditional Korean dishes. The barbecue was out of this world and I loved trying all the different banchans (side dishes). Korean food is seriously the best. Everything is so flavorsome.
