I have made up the sentences below.

(1) This job requires a few rounds of interviews. You need to wait and see how you do before you can move on to the next round.

(2) This job requires a few rounds of interviews. You need to wait and see how you did before you can move on to the next round.

(3) This job requires a few rounds of interviews. You need to wait and see how you have done before you can move on to the next round.
