I think it should not make much difference, because if an individual does not leave his/her will behind, there comes the state’s (and/or) religion’s rules, which are followed and complied by the relevant government, if not suo motto, then on the request of any heirs left behind.

and then his sister and half-siblings can not come into a estate.
how about donate it out to an any orphanage.
