Syrian Refugees Banned from Entering US

Syrian Refugees Banned from Entering US

President Trump spent his first week in office signing a series of executive orders, including some controversial bans. In addition to temporarily banning travellers from seven countries, Trump indefinitely banned all Syrian refugees. People around the world were quick to call the order a , since the affected countries were all Muslim-majority nations. erupted in US airports and in streets around the world. The acting US attorney general questioned the legality of the order and told the Justice Department not to it. In response, President Trump quickly used his trademark words, “ fired.”
