  Hi Tara,

  First, thank you for this week’s news report.

  Second, it’s the first time in one year that I couldn’t understand the news at all, without seeing the text.

  Third, I couldn’t also fill in the blanks the words Africa, Athens and Greece. I should confess listening is the most difficult part of English language for me.

  Sometimes, I get tired and hopeless that why is the listening so difficult for me?
  Please, you know that writing, reading and speaking are easier than listening for me, even to understand the grammar is so easy for me.

  I’m surprised how a baby or a child learns speaking with listening to its mother, but it’s difficult for us (learners of English) do it in the same way.

  I think, maybe, if a learner like me would live with a British or an American family, he could improve listening and speaking sooner than now.

  I’m so sincere to tell you when I see you do the best to pronounce the audio news reports in the best way for your student free of charge, so I also decide to listen to your voice again and again and again.

  Fourth, it’s very interesting for me that the sandstorm from Africa can affect to many countries in Eastern Europe even Russia. As I know there is a long distance between Russia and Africa.
