The report is about seesaw installation on the US-Mexico border. The professors are the ones who built those seesaws. The seesaws represent a linked relationship between two regions, where something that is happening on one side is going to affect the other side.
When I was at a museum, I saw a crocodile figurine. It turned out the skin was real, from the legendary Lolong crocodile.
