Writing Prompt ~ Hear Vs. Listen

Writing Prompt: Describe a singer or band that you like. Demonstrate your understanding of “hear” and “listen” by using both words three times.
Example
I was so excited when I heard that Airborne Toxic Event was coming to Toronto. My husband and I heard this band on the radio back in 2010. Now we listen to their music all the time. The concert was amazing. If you ever get the chance to hear them live, go! They recently played a free concert in Central Park. I heard that it was amazing! I’m going to try to listen to it online. If you’ve never heard of this band, try listening to “Timeless” from the album Such Hot Blood. You can follow along with the lyrics as you’re listening.
