Russia owns Big Diomede. It is 4 kilometers apart from Little Diomede. Although the close distance, those islands are separated by an International Date Line, which makes them have a 21-hour difference. That’s why they are called Tomorrow Island and Yesterday Isle. I live in a different time zone from my family. However, it’s only one hour apart, so there is no problem caused at all.

4kms apart but over 20hrs in time difference.
A friend in Japan…. About 9hrs in time difference. Hardly talk at convenient time. -

I live in the United Kingdom. One of the difficulties we have faced due to the timezone. Also, there is a 4 and in winter there is a difference of 5 hours from Pakistan timezone. The timezone of UK right now is UTC + 1 and in Pakistan, it’s UTC +5. I only talk at the weekend with my family in Pakistan. When I get to return home from work, So I don’t have time to talk in the home.
